Marshall Roslyn

Senior Advisor, K-12 Initiatives

Marshall Roslyn is a Senior Advisor to Cintana, working with company leadership and Arizona State University to lead emerging strategic initiatives in the global K-12 sector. Marshall’s career has been focused on investing in, advising, and building education companies. After becoming an early member of education-focused venture capital firm Learn Capital, Marshall joined the Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs and helped establish the firm’s Global Education Technology & Knowledge Services practice, ultimately becoming the Head of APAC. He subsequently became CFO & Chief Strategy Officer at LingoAce, a venture-backed company teaching Chinese worldwide.
Marshall has extensive international experience and has split his time between the US and Asia, living in Silicon Valley, New York, China, Singapore, and Indonesia. He is deeply committed to furthering access to quality education and serves as a Board Director at Amerigo Education, a Board Trustee at Princeton in Asia, and a West Coast Board Member for U-GO.

Marshall earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and his MBA from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
