Cintana Education is proud to mark a significant milestone with the formal launch of InnoTech University in Almaty, Kazakhstan — a brand-new institution built in partnership with Arizona State University, Q Education Group, and Kazakhstan's Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Announced at the C5+1 Summit in Washington, D.C., InnoTech becomes the newest addition to the ASU-Cintana Alliance, which now includes 34 partner universities serving more than 360,000 students worldwide.

InnoTech's dual-degree structure reflects the access-driven philosophy at the heart of Cintana's mission. Graduates will earn both a Kazakh diploma and an American degree from Arizona State University, bringing a globally recognized standard of education directly to students in the region. The university will serve as a world-class hub for engineering, IT, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development — and will ultimately relocate to Science City (Alatau), Kazakhstan's planned innovation hub connecting Europe, China, and Central Asia. As Cintana's Regional CEO for Eastern Europe and Central Asia put it, "with ASU's academic model and Kazakhstan's ambitious vision for Science City, we see enormous potential to create a new regional center for technology and talent."
