Gisella is a senior manager with +30 years of experience in Marketing, including market research, consumer understanding, and implementation of positioning, pricing, and innovation pipeline strategies for business growth. She is responsible for leading marketing strategies, plans and budgeting for Latam ACIs, aiming to maximize the ASU partnership presence and ACIs business results, while building organizational capacity across ACIs. She also contributes to key corporate programs such as Powered by Arizona State University (PBA) campaign, Global Link and Online Premium.
Gisella’s background provides a mix of consulting-agency experience – from her roles as CEO of Great Place to Work Peru and CEO of Advertising Agencies – and corporate line management – as Marketing Director for Procter & Gamble Andean Region, where she led key brands as well as headed Andean marketing horizontal processes for all brands/categories.
Gisella has a BA degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Universidad del Pacífico, where she obtained the Robert Maes Special Award, granted to the highest GPA of her graduating year group. She has been part of OWIT Peru Board (Organization of Women in International Trade), member of the National Committee of Advertising Self-Regulation (CONAR), member of CARE Peru Board, and Jury in various Advertising/Marketing Awards.
